Spring has graced us with its presence once more, and as the trees burst into bloom, it’s time to unveil a new mini-series of spring cocktails.
We kick things off with the Spring Feeling, a fitting name to commence our springtime cocktail journey. This libation embodies the essence of spring—crisp and invigorating.
It’s essentially a zestier, more minimalistic take on my favorite cocktail, the Last Word. With gin as its base, a spirit I hold dear, and the addition of Green Chartreuse, my beloved liqueur, I couldn’t resist.
Spring Feeling is a vibrant and aromatic concoction, blending the harmonious notes of gin and Chartreuse to perfection.
This delightful recipe first graced the pages of Harry Craddock’s legendary “Savoy Cocktail Book” in 1930.
