The Exotic Teapot offers a fusion of Irish whiskey and the aromatic essence of Rooibos. It’s a refreshing experience with an intriguing twist, thanks to the subtle spice notes imparted by Yellow Chartreuse.
The cocktail was invented by Ronan Collins in 2019.
Ingredients:
1 2/3 oz / 50 ml Irish Whiskey
2 1/2 oz / 75 ml Rooibos Tea (cold)
1/3 oz / 10 ml Sugar Syrup
1/12 oz / 2.5 ml Yellow Chartreuse
Process:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
