Ingredients:
– 5/6 oz/ 25 ml Absinthe
– 1/2 oz/ 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
– 1/2 оz/ 15 ml Egg White
– 1/3 oz/ 10 ml Sugar Syrup
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Process:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. Shake without ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish: Maraschino cherry and lemon zest.

Old-fashioned glass
